June 2016 Newsletter: Safety Concerns

June 22, 2016

• Boats and Jet Skis exceeding reasonable speeds
• Not following 5mph near shorelines and or creating huge wakes causing erosion.
• No spotters when skiing or tubing
• Not giving canoes and kayaks extra space
• Cars in neighborhoods exceeding speed limits-not looking out for children and bikers.
• All Jet Skis must be operated by persons over the age of 14 and must be certified through a Coast Guard Boating Course.
• Please do your part so we can all have a fun and safe summer!
